Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are organic fertilizers and soil-based items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or tampered during transit.
• Incorrect product delivered (wrong item).
• Package is undelivered or lost by the courier.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• Items purchased under clearance or special discount offers.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only when:

• The returned product is inspected and verified by our team.
• The order is cancelled before dispatch.
• The courier confirms lost or undelivered shipment.

4. Refund Mode & Duration

Once approved, refunds are processed through:

• Original payment method, or
• Bank transfer (in case of COD orders)

Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements when:

• A damaged product is received.
• A wrong product is delivered.

Replacement shipping cost is covered by us in valid cases.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

To initiate a refund, return, or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Product photos (damaged or incorrect item)
• Package photos (outer + inner)
